Call to Action: We need your help to eliminate Gainful Employment from HEA

The Senate HELP Committee’s budget reconciliation proposal includes a new “Do No Harm” accountability framework. At the same time, the Senate bill would keep the existing Gainful Employment statutory language fully in place.

We need your voice to make sure they understand the importance of aligning with the House-passed language that eliminates the Gainful Employment rule entirely.

Please contact your Republican senators and urge them to support inclusion of the House language, which fully eliminates Gainful Employment from the bill.

AACS member school, Tricoci University, hosted a first-ever beauty camp aimed at introducing high school students and recent grads to career baths in the beauty industry.

“This generation, they're looking for something that's career-ready. They're questioning that investment of a four-year university,” said Larry Foster, the Chief Operating Officer of Tricoci University.
